GET TO KNOW PULPA
Pulpa is an independent clothing brand from Wrocław, founded in 2012 by Marta Maruszczyk. Marta is the heart of Pulpa — or simply “Mrs. Pulpa.” She designs, searches for materials, oversees the construction, and often models the clothes herself.
Pulpa is also a distinct style shaped by Marta’s many inspirations: architecture, travel, and a broad sense of minimalism – both in design and in life. Pulpa clothes are simple in form, comfortable, and timeless. Pulpa doesn’t chase trends. Following the spirit of slow fashion, the brand creates clothes that are easy to combine and suitable for many occasions – from formal moments to holidays or relaxed days at home. Because feeling good and comfortable should always come first.

At the beginning, Marta did everything herself – designing, sewing, packing, and shipping orders. Today, one pair of hands is no longer enough. Pulpa is now created by a close-knit team working together in Wrocław for many years – the Pulpa’s team who take care of orders, customer communication, and packaging, along with the invaluable makers who sew the garments.
Pulpa is also you – our clients. Many of you have been wearing Pulpa for years, and your opinions, suggestions, and the energy you share with us – whether in the store or online – shape what Pulpa becomes.

Pulpa works in the rhythm of slow fashion. Instead of large factories, our clothes are sewn in small local workshops in Wrocław. Our clothes are produced in very small quantities, often as individual pieces. This helps us avoid excess stock and prevents creating unnecessary waste.
We also frequently create single items according to your individual guidelines, adjusting them to fit your body.
At Pulpa we use high-quality natural fabrics. We also often work with deadstock – leftover fabrics from large productions that manufacturers no longer use. These materials are still first quality and are often real gems. Working with deadstock is an environmentally responsible choice: it uses what has already been produced and helps reduce overproduction.

Although our clothes reach distant corners of the world, our work remains deeply local – here in Wrocław. Our physical store, which also serves as Pulpa’s headquarters, is located in the heart of the city at Plac Nowy Targ 10. This is where we meet each other – and you – every day. Our makers have their workshops nearby, which makes it easy to collect the produced items almost daily and keep a close eye on quality.
We also often collaborate with local artists and businesses – for clothing prints, embroidery, or jewelry. We stay in close contact and support each other’s work.
At our store on Nowy Targ we also organize holiday markets, bringing together local creators and friends of Pulpa.
