PROCESSING TIME

PULPA’s clothes are handmade, sewn by three seamstresses in theirs Wrocław workshops. Sometimes the clothes are ready at the time of the order, having been made before. In this case your order could be shipped even the next working day. Although they’re usually made to order and the processing time takes from 7 to 10 working days. It applies to self pick ups as well.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping – 18/22 PLN (InPost locker/DPD courier)

International shipping – Europe from 35 PLN, the World from 85 PLN (DPD courier/Polish Post)

The orders will wait 7 working days for pick up – after that they will be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You can always return the products.

You can also exchange the clothes for another size or colour, if they’re available.

The returned goods ought to be unused, with original tags and with a proof of purchase (a receipt or transfer confirmation) attached.

It is necessary to inform us about your intention to return your order. Please write an email to the address: zwroty@pulpashop.com, attaching this form (click) filled out. You have 14 calendar days after picking up your order to inform us about the return. Return packages without a prior message will not be processed.

You have 14 calendar days after informing us to ship your return. If the parcel is arriving outside the EU and is a subject to customs duty, taxes or any other costs at the moment of the delivery, it will be deducted from the amount.
